There are huge buyer in AXIS Bank about 10 times more than seller then why price is not rising quickly as i always here " prices increases when demand is greater than supply "

STOP LOSS triggered in Bharti Airtel pls exit...Dont hold on to positions if stop loss is hit...as Small Losses can always be recovered...but to cover big losses will take more time and difficult....:-(

Hi AJAXX, I'm not sure about the quantity in buyers and sellers. Today Government is selling part of its stake in AXIS BANK. That might be causing the price fall.
The government will sell part of its stake in Axis Bank today through a block deal. The book has been launched at discount of zero to 5%. The centre will sell 9% stake from its Suuti portfolio through a block deal hoping to garner over Rs 5,500 crore.
