i deal in options trading.....so like in a trading day like today when market rose from 5030 to 5130 i would buy 5100 CALL in the morning or 5200 CALL when nifty crossed 5100 level....
my question is why people select 4800 call or 4700 call instead of 5100 or 5200 call when you are having the idea that market in on the uptrend...

hi cb,
sorry for the previous query,it was meant for yesterday but left unanswered.....
i want to ask one thing
i deal in options trading.....so like in a trading day like today when market fell from 5140 to 5090 i would buy 5000 PUT in the morning or 5100 PUT when nifty reversed direction....
my question is why people select 5400 put or 5300 PUT instead of 5100 or 5000 PUT when you are having the idea that market in on the downtrend...
