I was going thru NSE site and found this "Aptech Limited has informed the Exchange that the Boards of Directors of the Company has by circular Board Resolution passed on April 06, 2010, allotted 17,17,103 equity shares @ Rs.216/- per share @ Rs.216/- per share to 19 allottees. "

The Market price on April was 175 rs . Why would the allottees buy share at 216 Rs? . Does this indicate that the Stock is fundamentallty good and can rebound to 216 levels ? Please suggest

hi Akash, hopefully zandu realty will cross 3900+, but how do you analysed the same, today infact i also missed the high in the end, i had put the sale order for 3750...God is definately there really..becoz when today it went 300+ points down, i went mad but positive thinking made me to stay back on it and it really did that....N Definately tomm it is also done, it is seeing tomm 3900+.....All the best to all of us holding it....
