Hi vipul07, technically above 70 looks good for short term

Hi revan, it hardly has any impact on the stock price

Hi vino, enter if it breaks 510 (strong resistance)

    Hi Gitanjali, KB, GM

Hi rohan, wait for 1-2 days for a confirmed indication

    Hi Sohan, GM

Hi RAVI, it looks weak overall, seems to have given a small technical bounce for now, avoid it

Hi abraham, wait for its results to be out

Hi Rajesh, GA. Just saw your query. CB gave you an excellent reply :)
Hi Kb Trader, So, you know the broking house !!! :DDD
Hi CB, Kartik , GA :)
Hi Gitanjali, Sorry, not very sure where you can get the fair value of a commodity pertaining to Indian markets. But if we consider Efficient Market Hypothesis, we can invariably say that Fut Contracts of commodities are fairly priced in Indian markets. Two main criteria to consider are:
    i) well organised market
    ii) reasonably transparent market
Hence, you know, we trade GOLD in MCX whereas we trade TURMERIC in NCDEX.
Now, believing that all liquid contracts are fairly priced, we can apply "Time Value of Money" calculation methods to determine the Present Value. We can consider simple compounding for near month contracts and forget about multiple compounding or discrete compounding. Determining Present Value of far month contracts in Commodities is a difficult task as demand/supply scenario cannot be predicted for such a long time ( and changes in demand/supply can alter the Spot Price ).
Now, even after all these exercises, if somehow, we manage to arrive at a Present Value, we can compare that with the Spot Price and see if they match or not.
Since you asked me, "is it possible", I will say, YES IT IS. But too much effort is needed (which hopefully, I managed to say) and I am a lazy person :D
I am a short term trader and consider charts only.
