Thanks Ham, But I am holding huge qnty and I m in huge loss. And also May premium would be higher. So I just thought if befre expiry ie. 2-3 days if 5300 put comes to 70-80 i will exit. Should I hold

Hi RAVS, Always welcome..... if market settles near 5301 or 5310 before expiry, then that put will become 0. Nifty below 5300 makes sense for that put and we are not sure abt that... Thats why i prefer to May options rather than Apr and if Apr month F&O is expired then will shift to Jun immediately without second thought......

Hi dineshknp, Short strangle is,
Short one put option with a lower strike price and short one call option at a higher strike price.
Maximum Loss: Unlimited as the market moves in either direction.
Maximum Gain: Limited to the net premium received for selling the options.
It is used when you are bearish on volatility and think market prices will remain stable...
Long strangle is better than short strangle as the risk of loss is very less when compared but u should buy intime money options, if u buy out of money calls u will loose in both ways.......

Hi Ram, I will advice you to first take their trail calls... if they r positive den only go for it... In mkt there are many tips provider... however most of them are not givin gud tips..... Take CBs paid tips... its always gud...:)
