Hi airbites, Every option has time decay. So in your case any rise in premium will be compromised to a little extent due to time value decay. Better not to set a premium value as your target price for exit. Rather, use the support and resistance of the underlying as entry and exit levels. Kartik has explained this worderfully well in a nutshell. I agree, Black-Scholes is a little complicated and traders seldom look at that during trading hours. Watch the underlying and its support resistance
