The moment a buy tip comes in CNBC one can be sure that there is going to be a fall.. and if the market itself is falling, then it is definitely bound to have a bigger fall..
yesterday there was a tip with a target of 117..... bought at 104 thinking it is a very good price and still seeing it lower
