yes. So many sites give tech levels as recos and try to make us pay for it. See these people, CB even has answered that he does not plan to make this a pay site .!!!

The best thing about CB is that he is very supportive to boost the morale when things keep going wrong. He indirectly keeps imbibing psychological boosters to keep the hopes on.
