Its been my personal experience for last 3 months that last 1-2 weeks of every month I was holding PUTs under the impression that profit booking happens ...but to my surprise the market increased further in the last few sessions.....

This is not to bring panic but sharing my experience as I lost lacs of rupees in F&O...Hence my suggestion is to play safe in options...never take huge lots....play with a couple of lots only....this way you can bear the loss...otherwise one will have so many sleepless nights.....

I saw when ever I trade in Futures with few lots I always made very decent profits....once I became bit greedy then move into options and play with hugs lots...Being greedy one will always make wrong decisions.....

I have been greedy for so many many months and hence I was always at the lossing side...I am not sharing this as a lession for others....but its my confession not ot play huge lots...so that I will not make this mistake again.....

now I am determined to play safe and recover my losses....I am looking forward for a great help from CB and the team...
