If you are looking for long term capital gains in it, then continue to hold it.
Else you can book profit in 5 shares and wait for 510 levels for rest of 5 shares for now. or book profits when Nifty spot reaches to 7880 levels.
You can enter the same stock after a some corection of 4-5% from here.
