Hi shrikanth, Its better to use the DCF model to arrive at the PV of all the future cash flows a company is expected to make. You will need all available fumdamental data for analysing this. One good site is moneycontrol. But plz remember, all future cash flows can be hugely affected by macro and micro economic factors. Do also look for these. After that, compare the arrived PV with the stock price at which it is trading now. If it is trading at a discount ( compared to the arrived PV ), go ahead and buy. Hope this helps...
