F&O segment is always ahead of the underlying scrip or index and discounts market factors in advance. That's the reason for the anamoly in prices of options.
Had you noticed the price of all the calls in the morning today below rbi results, the calls were trading 25-30% lower even when Nifty had opened above the resistance level and sustaining it. This anamoly clearly indicated a major mismatch and I booked all my calls before the rbi results.

cb, there was a gap of almost Rs20 in jet airways between the casg segment and futures segment( futures was 20 rs. lower) now the gap has come down to Rs.6/- does this indicate anything, since i am holding shorts in the stock, what levels can i expect in the short term? thanks.
