Nifty has broken support levels upto 30-min Charts. Hourly Chart support at 5565. Nifty should likely see a bounce at every support level as Hourly and Daily Charts are still positive. Even if Nifty breaks down 5565 levels, do not hurry to enter shorts. Instead wait for a pull back to enter shorts. Keep quantity of shorts low and targets small as it is against the Larger trend on the Daily Charts.

Hi Be!ng Human, You are right, Nifty is likely to re-test 5425-40 levels or even below that before going much higher and Option OI still indicates 5600 as a major hurdle. But, the best time to enter puts is on a pullback of 40-50 points after Nifty breaks 5565.

There is no hard and fast rule to what ur saying. also summer session has been slow. markets have made zero intradays moves beyond 50 points. markets have been terrible for traders with such gap openings and no trending patterns

Hi Raasi, Be careful when u short equity shares in cash without possessing them, if you dont square off intraday then it will be bought on your behalf in auction and it can be bought at any price and u could incur heavy loss... I hope u know about this...

Hi WELL PLAN, Don't go short. For a long Term portfolio can add some on dips in days to come. Can see 2072 and even higher in less than a year.

Hi Raasi, yep, square off means buy what ever you have sold before end of trading session.... I think as you are anyways trading in margin, you must be doing squareoff any way.
