Hi Vijay K, CAG has pointed out that all natural resources should be auctioned by government. In that case, calculate the value of "air" that you breathe, calculate the value of "water" that you drink etc. One might say today, the cost is negligible. But think about a 50 or 100 years later when actually the value of these are calculated and organisation like CAG comes up with a report like "Air Scam" or "Water scam".
