"The board approved the swap ratio of 1:1, which means that the existing shareholders of Unitech would get equivalent number of shares of face value of Rs. 2 each of Unitech Infra Ltd. Post-demerger, Unitech Infra would cease to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Unitech and "Unitech Ltd shall hold 35 per cent of issued and paid up share capital of Unitech Infra and the remaining shall be held by the existing shareholders of the Unitech Ltd".

Now how will my holding change ? Is it that there will be 2 entities Unitech Infra & Unitech ? In that case will I have holding in both the companies? I am all confused, please confirm... Do you think its an advantage for me ?
