are there any chances for untich to touch 92-95 mark before aug 26th?????
I am in big loss after buying multiple lots of unitech [email protected] bought it when it was 2.3 and now its .90....i have averaged my buying value to 1.65.so pleez lemme know what should be my target here....till when can i hold it....

even i'm with u guys have 7 lots of unitech 90CA @ 1.7 avg...
lets hope tat it will recover as it is finding support at 85 from past many days...

Hi Karthik, I have 1500 Unitech shares (Avg price of 79) . I saw the announcements about the de-merger. They have announced that
"The board approved the swap ratio of 1:1, which means that the existing shareholders of Unitech would get equivalent number of shares of face value of Rs. 2 each of Unitech Infra Ltd. Post-demerger, Unitech Infra would cease to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Unitech and "Unitech Ltd shall hold 35 per cent of issued and paid up share capital of Unitech Infra and the remaining shall be held by the existing shareholders of the Unitech Ltd".
Now how will my holding change ? Is it that there will be 2 entities Unitech Infra & Unitech ? In that case will I have holding in both the companies? I am all confused, please confirm... Do you think its an advantage for me ?
