nb,if what you say acquisition of Orchid chemical was such a good news,then why there was a frenzy to get out of stock,leading to massive fall.

Hi uniyal & raja, people (insiders) who were aware of it already started buying in 2-3 days before and once the news was out they decided to book profits since there was no trigger for an upmove after that. in short term it can add 10-12%.. its always best to stay away from news driven stocks.
