hello cb, is elantas beck a buy call? currently @ 417, de-listing in January..
it says;"The Shareholders and the Managing Directors of the Promoter have vide its resolution dated December 04, 2009, approved a price not exceeding Rs. 330 per equity share for the Delisting Offer.
