Hi cerulean, Crude : Classic support line at 4820. On 7th Nov, tested 4820 and then fell. That level became the resistance level. Now, once 4820 was taken out on the higher side, tested 4850. The low of 17th Nov was 4820 again. So, classic example of a level becoming a resistance level first and then a support level. If 4820 holds, then minor resistance at 4850-4855, and then 4900. Hourly charts suggest it should find supp at 4750-4770 levels. Having said this, I see a resistance zone from 4850 to 4880. Though Gaza strip issue can have an effect, and Crude can fly away on the upper side, still I would apply caution. I would take each and every level one at a time and look for small profits. And yes, whatever is happening is not good for the people of Gaza, especially if Ground Invation occurs...
