Hi Akash, When u buy a put or call ur loss is limited to the price u pay for buying those puts or call, but when u sell a put or call ur loss is unlimited. Only experienced options players with good knowledge of Technical knowledge Hi Akash, take the risk of shorting put or call.

    Hi Robotguy, Good night

Hi avik, if Unitech is trading around 23 during the MId of the month and you enter a 22.5 PE, you expect the stock to go down and your Pe's price to rise. Now if the stock continues to trade flat, i.e around 23, the value of your PE decreases due to the expiry factor (tough you entered a PE(current month), you expect it to go down in the same month, but it fails to do so, this is also known as the decay factor)

Hi Kartik, suppose i entered in 0.05 paisa ...i just wanted to know...that if i entered in 0.05 paisa which is the lower circuit till expiry what will be my possible losses??

Hi avik, the max loss is that it shall become 0 by expiry if your entered PE target is not achieved, or if it trades strong after entering your PE. Its price shall continue to drop till it becomes 0
