Hi, We have a option of using Shares as Margin for trading in Sharekhan right.
Can you please let me know the difference between holding it in demat and trading account. I heard that dividend will be credited to the Trading account itself if we make shares as margin and while if we hold in DP we get dividend in bank account. Apart from this, is there any major disadvantage or risk if I always keep my shares as margin(i.e in Trading account) If I use 50 thousand worth shares as margin , i am getting more than 1 lac as trading limit, which I can use for Intra-day.

Hi K K, The problem with Corporate Bonds listed and traded in exchanges is they have very little liquidity. The bid ask spread is huge. Trading becomes awfully difficult. The only reason they are listed in exchanges is to provide the holder of those bonds an exit opportunity :)
