Amrutanjan has formed Doji in BSE open n close is same i.e. 809.45, but in NSE its 2day's high n open is same n closed down side so now how will it react?

Anybody know steel export tax up 20% from 15%.. Is this bad news for Steel companies.... Will they fall on monday.. I have Hindalco 140 July Put.
