Hi Taj, Never short options and shorting put is more dangerous as whenever market falls fear is more and hence the momentum will be more... as far as Support and Resistance levels are concerned u can always get it from nseguide site itself
On the top 'Quotes with Resistance & Support' is given...just type part of your scrip and click on search it will display your scrip just select and it will give support resistance levels...may be 3-4 support / resistance levels...just check...

As I don't have experience in trading I need your advise. I have lost more than 2 lacs and quitted trading. Again I have entered with 60k but can't monitor full time due to work and lost 3k today itself.
