Hi CB/Karthik,
I have a problem i need u r advice :(
I have dmat account with reliancemoney. and the online trading terminal never responds at 9:55 to 10:30 morning..most of the time it doesnt work or its very very slow... i personally call up the customer and i place my orders :( which is very long process..! :( Also there is a .exe based terminal which they provide (Super Trade) which cannot be installed in Vista or Windows & machines as it uses MSJVM which is outdated and not supported by Microsoft anymore :)
i need help on below queries:
1. Can i use any other .exe based trading terminal which will connect to reliance and place my order?
2.Any other Trading Terminal which is very fast or decent which can be used.
3. What is NOW (Neat on Web) can i get it and install on my Laptop? how much it costs.
4. If i need to change trading platform do i need to change the demat account even? (As i dont want to leave reliance as their charges are pretty less :) )

Please Advice.. :)

oops one more thing..Dear CB/Karthik please dont take me wrong i have posted above queries to you because reliance money customer care dont support these kind of queries and they asked me to visit nearest help desk center which is 20km from my place :'(
