Pls never over trade and i believe you can recover this loss with patience and perseverance only. Always remember, do not enter into trades assuming to recover your earlier losses and always book profits as and when u see it, no matter how small those profits might be.
Boond, Boond hi dariya banta hai and not that u can make plentiful (dariya) in just one day.

I am sure CB will definitely help u recover ur losses and in order for him to better assist you, you may add his yahoo or gmail id for instant replies during intraday.
