If promoter has lowest stake or promotors have highest stake ??
According to source in LLOYDSTEEL's promotors have least stake of 30%
At the same time in FACT, NMDC promotors have most stake of about 98%
What can happen in it ??
Promotor with high stake can move up or promotors with least stake should move up??
