AT, Hi, if there's one lesson I've learnt, that is cut your loss always. Even if the market turns in your favour later it is always better to stop at your loss limit.. that way you'll atleast have some thing left to make back your loss in another trade :) ..
Regarding your position, I am sorry I cannot answer as I dont have the experience to correctly point you in the right direction..
