China up 1.7% earlier dn nearly 2%, Hang Sang up 0.8% earlier dn 1%, European mkt up over 1% each, both Dow and Nasdaq Fut up 0.6% each, base metal price on LME nearly up 1% each, Rupee depreciated 12bps and oil dn 1%.
