Hi subodh, OI plays the most important role. The strike price of OTM options to be entered is determined by OI. We never buy options after a breakout as everyone does that and the price goes up high. We need to buy options cheap so we wait for corrections and pullbacks. Buying options dirt cheap gives the advantage during sudden market fluctuations and also generates better returns.
