Headline WPI inflation for August 2012 came in higher at 7.55% against market expectation of 7%. Fuel group inflation came much higher at 8.32% vs 5.98%. Manufactured goods inflation at 6.1% is also higher. Inflation surprised negatively vs market expectation.
