I have been holding 8000 3i Info @11.95 and 300020 Microns @37.70 for more than a month now ,as advised by u (they r good short term bets). Also 3000 ACE @ 33.10 for about 10 days now.

But every day they are falling and as a result my losses are also increasing. Request you to pls give these three a thought and advise me the correct course of action. I have faith in your suggestions. But as of now my losses r making me very jittery.

Reliance has good support @ 962 lvels. As long it is holding the levels, it is okay to go long

ITC may be under pressure for 1-2 sessions, But it will be a pure BUY on any panic, highly strong support @ 308-314 lelves, good support @ 330-335 levels. Go short on ITC counter, with small quantity and with strict stoploss with your risk appetite.

Hi cvrprakash, Charts suggest that profit booking continues. Key support lvels to watch further is 7393 (7385 - 7400) Nifty Spot value. If broke this levels with volumes and stays below these levels, panic comes in markets and sees more correction towards 7300 / 7200 levls. One need to be cautious while going long at these levls.

Hi Manyu, It means he has sold BHEL Call Option with a Strike Price of 300 which was quoting a PREMIUM of 1.40 sometime back. CMP means current market price. So CMP 0.30 means that Call is having a PREMIUM of 30 paise now.

If you are new in Options please try to know the terms : Call (or CE), Put (or PE), Strike Price, Premium, Underlying Security,Expiry Date atleast for starters. There are other aspects to options trading but understand the above mentioned terms first of all.
