On weekly candlestick charts Nifty has made a BEARISH ENGULFING pattern. Bounce can come and markets are expected to become choppy with a negative bias going forward. Take care of your trades :)

Hi K K, On weekly charts the last week high for Nifty was 7808.85 low was 7447.20. Range is roughly 360 points. Any bounce should be contained within this range going forward. Two week before the low was 7441.60. So Nifty has good support at 7440 levels. On daily charts, Nifty closed below 34 EMA on last Friday. Again not a good sign. Most probably it will close below 34 EMA today also. If so there will be two days close below 34 EMA.
But I am not expecting a one way journey south. Choppiness will continue and many stops will be taken out. I do not want to give lower target levels as PEOPLE WILL BE SCARED AS MOST OF THEM ARE HOLDING LONGS. Thats why I told to take care of trades.
If I am proved wrong that will be helpful to all people who hold longs :)
Lets see where we end up :)

Look at my response @ 3:45 P.M.
Hi cvrprakash, Charts suggest that profit booking continues. Key support lvels to watch further is 7393 (7385 - 7400) Nifty Spot value. If broke this levels with volumes and stays below these levels, panic comes in markets and sees more correction towards 7300 / 7200 levls. One need to be cautious while going long at these levls.
