After four weeks prolonged rally Nifty on the daily chart has formed strong bear candle erasing almost past five sessions
gain indicating fastest retracement of the recent up move. It has formed a lower High-low formation indicating bearish bias.
This profit booking represents a short term correction of the recent uptrend and this should be use as a buying opportunity.
With current level Nifty has closed at the bullish gap area (5976-5982) support formed on 7th May which remains an
immediate support. This is also coincides with short term 13 day EMA support at 5977 level. For the day if Nifty trades and
closes below 5970 then it may drift further in the range of 5940-5925 levels. On the upside intraday resistance placed at
6000-6030 levels.
