Hi pramod,
I'm not aware of the winsome yarns stock. But looking at the stock, I can tell you one thing. It has low volumes on NSE. Wait for CB sir to comment on this stock.
Please remember following while buying a Penny stocks.

2. Don't buy to much quantity on a single day
