cb sir, now hdfc 740ce [email protected] & [email protected] why can't we enter low prem. but you are suggesst only higherend prem. if 760ce will be increase altimately other ce also will increase. if we go for low prem we can take no of lots but why you r suggest only high prem pl clarfy my doubut it is useful for my trade

Hi rajasekar, 740, 760 are all out of money options, the current price of the stock is around 860. A CE signifies that a stock shall go up, in this case a 760CE says that the stock shall move upto 760, but since the stock has already crossed that mark, it hardly moves with the stock with the stock moves up, hence they are available cheaper and hardly react to the stock's current price
