Hi cvrprakash, its best to start an SIP with the same amount.. considering recent scams its much safer as we have exposure to a large number of fundamentally strong companies and once markets rally, these give good returns. one can go with hdfc top 200, axis equity fund and sbi magnum fmcg fund
