Shd i exit Cairn at around opening bell on Monday or wait for it to settle? Or Maybe sell at opening bell and go long in it....and hope that it can reach around 400?

Thanks for your consideration.
I had bought Punj.Llyod 250 shares for a average price of 185. It had went down till 113 and showed some bounce back came till 140 levels and again now @ 116. As you know I am in huge loss, should I average it now as this level being good support? Also any prediction when it will reach 180 levels?Please advice.
