Dear CB/Karthik,
Would it be a good option to buy Nitesh Estates (Around 39), IFCI (Around 59-60), Hotel Leela (Around 49.5) and Spice Jet (Around 65) at the current prices? I am looking at them from a long-term perspective. I have seen that Nitesh Estates are coming up with some good properties in Bangalore and with the real-estate markets picking up, their projects in Bangalore might be in good demand.. What are your thoughts?

Hi Adarsh, Nitesh Estates Ltd seems to trade expensive as of now, its also got huge amounts of debts, wait for a dip in it, IFCI, Hotel Leela and Spice Jet can be entered at CMP for Long term
