Keep a target of daily profit/loss, once you make that much profit/loss don't trade further that day. If u don't mind pls give me your email id or if u have yahoo id pls let me know we can chat. Pls don't get dissapointed, Trade less and overcome your fear and greed, that is the only way we can make money. I have also learnt this after making losses. I have also made losses in market, but now I have become very disciplined.

    Hi Sandip, This is the problem, once you start doing intraday then u always wish that you should do something and cannot remain without trading. I was also like that but nowadays sometimes I just watch the market and don't trade on certain days. Even Sachin Tendulkar cannot hit all the balls nor can he hit 4's and 6's on all the balls.
