Hi Sandip, This is the problem, once you start doing intraday then u always wish that you should do something and cannot remain without trading. I was also like that but nowadays sometimes I just watch the market and don't trade on certain days. Even Sachin Tendulkar cannot hit all the balls nor can he hit 4's and 6's on all the balls. If u hv any yahoo id pls let me know as I am normally online in yahoo else open one and let me know.

feel sorry to hear about ur loss. hope that it has not affected u too much. so far i have made good profit with just sbi and united spirits. i think u shud also try these two shares. futures only.
