Hi praveen,
If you place an order to buy / sell 100 shares,
"partially executed" means, only a part of 100 (i.e. less than 100) shares were bought / sold.
"fully executed" means, all the 100 shares were were bought / sold successfully.

hi praveen, partially executed means whole order not executed, if u ordered to buy 50 shares, whole 50 shares not buyed but less than 50 buyed.

Hi praveen,
Eg: U have tried to purchase 100shares of SBI.... but only say 65shares have been bought... then it means "Partially Executed".
Now, you have 65 shares in your account to sell. When you get "Partially Executed" message, shares will again be purchased when the amt u specified again hit the stock. If you would not like to purchase additional stocks, you have to "Cancel" your order.
