What i have learned and traded accordingly and successful 80% is the fact that whenever pcr OI reaches past 1.30 a trader like mee must not buy calls instead sell calls or buy puts as there is a distinct possibility of a correction. There are 2 types of PCR one is OI PCR and 2nd is PCR moneywise.
even today PCR moneywise is verry low means market has gone up not because of buying in cals but because of selling of puts and now the selling has gone to excess level and hence this correction. Would be thankful if u correct me - if I m wrong
