अभी तो शेयर बाजार की धारणा कुछ तेजी की ही लग रही है, हालाँकि निफ्टी को 4900 के पास बाधा मिल रही है।
अगर यह इस बाधा से आगे निकल जायेगा तो आगे और बढ़त मिल सकेगी। आज आईआईपी के आँकड़े अच्छे आने से आरबीआई तुरंत दरों में कटौती नहीं कर पायेगा। लेकिन मुझे लगता है कि अगर ब्याज दरों में अभी कटौती नहीं भी हो तो दरें अपना शिखर बना चुकी हैं। आगे चल कर एक महीने में नहीं तो दो महीने में दरें घटनी ही हैं। एक बार वह हो जाये तो चीजें ठीक लगने लगेंगी।
अभी मँझोले शेयरों में एक-दो दिनों से चाल दिख रही है। छोटी अवधि के लिहाज से मँझोले शेयरों में ही मजबूती दिखती है। अभी काफी कुछ नतीजों पर भी निर्भर करता है। कमजोर नतीजों की संभावना बाजार के भावों में पहले से ही शामिल है। इसलिए किसी कंपनी के थोड़े भी सकारात्मक नतीजे आने पर भाव उछल सकते हैं।
इन्फोसिस के नतीजों में ईपीएस तो अनुमान से बेहतर ही रहा है, लेकिन अक्सर दिखता है कि नतीजों के बाद इसमें गिरावट आ जाती है। हर बार यह संभव नहीं है कि बाजार ने कंपनी के अनुमान से ज्यादा जो उम्मीदें लगा रखी हों, उनको वह पूरा कर सके। पूरे आईटी क्षेत्र में अगले कुछ दिनों तक कमजोरी रहेगी। हमें यह समझना होगा कि यूरोप में दिक्कत अभी कायम है। इसके चलते आईटी कंपनियों को मिलने वाले ठेकों और उनकी कीमतों पर प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ़ेगी। लिहाजा पहले जिस तरह का मार्जिन उन्हें मिल पा रहा था, वैसा अब आगे शायद नहीं मिल पायेगा। इसलिए अब इस क्षेत्र में कोई बड़ा आकर्षण नहीं रहेगा।
