Jayshree Chemicals has informed that a promoter group company-- Shree Satyanarayan Investments Company --has purchased 10 equity shares of the company. The promoter group company prior to this purchase of the shares was holding 22, 01,248 equity shares of Rs 10 each, fully paid-up, being 7.506% of the paid-up share capital of the company.
The shareholding of Shree Satyanarayan Investments in the company after such purchase has become 22,11,248 equity shares being 7.540% of the company's paid-up share capital.Jayshree Chemicals produces caustic soda, chlorine, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydrosulphite, sulphur dioxide and sulphuric acid.
