Many are asking about COVER ORDERS.
COVER ORDERS : If you place an INTRADAY order to buy/Sell with compulsory stop loss is called COVER ORDER. The difference between your buy/sell price & stop loss price is considered as margin. With just 5-8 K margin, one can trade in INTRADAY FUTURE. Risk is also limited to stop loss. THEN WHY TRADING IN "OUT OF MONEY OPTIONS" JUST BECAUSE PREMIUM IS LOW ?
