Hi sanzy, Book profits in calls by today or tomorrow. As INFY moved in positive today way before results, I guess it will move in + tomorrow too but not sure, if it happens market too might increase a little bit.
BTW, INFY is falling regularly since it's 3 quarter results, let's C how it reacts tomorrow.

Hi Dilip, infy has been one of the top movvers in market...n if it givs positive results, better than expected...and also positive guidance for next quarter it will pull markets with it. And viceversa.

Hi Dilip,
Why everybody is betting on Infy results because Infosys is a very high beta stock in Sensex & Nifty for technology sector. Likewise Reliance, DLF, HUL, SBI for their respective category.
So if you look at the index even if Infosys, Reliance, DLF, HUL, BHEl, L&T, SBI and other few high beta stocks move up the market will become green even if the rest is trading in red marginally.
