Hi MEGHA, if you remember, Unitech went up from a level of 87. Been just a few days it crossed 100 and marched to 110. Realty shares have gone up with very little time, and with talk of a correction, they would be the first to fall due to profit booking. All sitting with handsome profits, so why hold and take risk...
