Hi cb, there is a news that Korean co eyeing 51% in Mudra Lifestyle.
If it happens then Total equity of Mudra is 3.6Cr. 50% of that is 1.8Cr. Paying Rs.250Cr. for 1.8Cr. shares is like paying around Rs.138/- a share.(??) Cannot believe. Did I make any mistake here??
