It is also associated with the news flow of the stock, sector sentiment, Nifty direction.
Generally it will take reflect back from there.
If any pressure comes at any of the above 3 elements, then it will break the support and finds the next support. In sharp fall, IF ABC stock has support @ 100 levles, It may break it and probably it will see 99 / 98 / 97 levles and in few minutes it will pickup and forms 'V' shape curve in the intra-day. -- Sorry for a big lecture.

Hi PKP, Ok. I think you know selling first and buying later is allowed in securities. For shares (EQ) you can sell first and buy before markets close for trading in the same day. For Futures and Options you can sell first and hold you positions till expiry. People do this when they expect price to come down.
