Hi vishal, It means on that date results of Postal Ballots will be declared by the company. Usually to pass certain resolution(s), postal ballots are taken into account. BTW, I dont know why POM is held at Reliance Capital tomorrow. I guess you have to find out for yourself if you are interested :)
